SNI Technology's client located in Boulder, CO is seeking to hire an IT End User Support Analyst for an exciting, contract assignment.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for the on-site IT support of our client's Boulder, CO office as well as employees in North America and Asia regions primarily through phone support and the maintenance and administration of IT systems utilized by those employees.

Best candidates will be extraordinary technicians, experienced with a broad base of IT systems and projects, superior communicators and devout customer servants. They will be detail and results oriented with the ability to both develop process and follow procedures. The ability to provide Level 1 & 2 support of IT issues with user applications, systems and network devices is the primary focus of this job.

Top Things Needed:

  • 2+ years' experience in Windows OS and MS Office expertise
  • 2+ years' experience in MS Active Directory environments and in applying application security therewith
  • 2+ years' experience in support of basic network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN and WiFi.
  • 2+ years' experience in Microsoft Server support

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities

Provide the support to internal employees IT related issues by addressing the issue and escalating the problems as necessary. Follow up with employees on open tickets through resolution. Complete documentation of support effort in the service desk systems.

Install, monitor and maintain user workstations, operating systems and applications

Suggest and implement Helpdesk/IT support process improvements

Perform recurring tasks, such as daily backup, weekly system reports

Assure compliance with internal controls related to particular IT functions

Write knowledgebase articles of solutions and "how to" information for users and other technicians

Administer and maintain network security access
