IT Associate
Troubleshooting - Help employees with IT issues including:

  • Network connectivity
  • VOIP phones
  • Printers (Printing and Scanning to email or Network folders)
  • Peripherals
  • Software Assistance (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint, Electronic Medical Record software, etc.…)
  • Equipment relocation
  • Password resets
  • Off-site connectivity
  • Other miscellaneous assistance



Work with phone vendor for changes and updates to phone system including:

  • Adding/Changing extensions
  • Ordering Replacement equipment
  • Other phone issues



Work with IT Vendor for:

  • Server Updates
  • Firewall Updates
  • Workstation updates; Windows and Antivirus
  • Backups
  • Monthly on-site visit
  • Other general IT issues



Adding of new users to network and email and removing former users
Maintain thin client equipment for clients
Assist with video conferencing via Skype for off-site employees
Occasional visits to Minneapolis and Crystal locations for Support
Ordering of Equipment and IT supplies
