SNI has teamed with a valued client on a search for an HRIS Analyst. The HRIS Analyst will work with a fully integrated HR Department in an effort to bring about high end reporting skills and change management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for documenting all HRIS change management.
* The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the creation of all HRIS configuration documentation.
* The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for owning the entire HRIS Change Management Process in order to ensure high-end quality control for analyzing company HR Requests.
* The HRIS Analyst will handle EEOC and ACA request reporting.
* The HRIS Analyst will work with the HR, IT and Finance departments to ensure synergies between all groups.
* The HRIS Analyst will work with IT vendor management to manage costs.
* The HRIS Analyst must have a minimum of an Associate's degree and 2 years of HR experience.
