HR Business Analyst (Direct Hire)
St. Petersburg, FL
Job Summary:
Our client is looking for a business analyst to provide expertise to their HR Technology department. The two main areas of focus will be supporting HR applications, Learning Management/Talent and other HR Technologies. The other area of focus will be the deliver of project management for small to medium projects, focusing on the support for HR Technology and Payroll teams.
Qualifications:

  • Business requirements gathering for HR and Payroll systems solutions
  • Gathering, assembling and interpreting information from multiple sources (including databases, interviews, etc.) and making recommendations based on data analysis
  • Business process analysis including creating and interpreting process maps and flowcharts
  • Ability to present information and ideas through multiple communication channels (written, oral, formal presentation) including preparing reports, summaries, surveys and written communications to HR management, user groups, and IT partners
  • Organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment


Position Requirements:

  • Five years plus work experience as a Business Analyst in PeopleSoft HCM or other HR ERP
  • Visio or other flow-charting tool experience required
  • MS Project or other project management tool experience required
  • Experience with three or more of the following modules required: Core HR, Benefit Administration, Absence Management, Time and Labor, ESS, MSS or Compensation.
  • Bachelor's Degree


Preferred Requirements:

  • PMP or other project management certification
  • Experience with writing SQL, SQR or PS Query
