Job Description

A manufacturing company located near Huntley is looking for a Level 1 Helpdesk professional to join their team.

Our client has an opening for a Level 1 Helpdesk professional to join their team in the northwest suburbs. You will be working with the company's end users and Tier 1-2 support staff. In this position you will provide help desk support for any desktop (PC or Mac) issues via telephone and e-mail. Other responsibilities will include troubleshooting, installing and repairing computers/printers/mobile phones, restoring files from backups, and creating and administering Active Directory accounts. The right candidate should have 1-2 years of experience with supporting Level-1 Helpdesk.

To be considered for the role you should have experience with the following:
-2+ years of help desk experience
-Installing/maintaining/repairing personal computers, printers, and mobile phones
-Windows 7
-Creating and managing Active Directory accounts (GPO and folder/file permissions)
-Cloud experience would be a plus
