Job Description


SNI Technology is currently searching for Tier I Help Desk Technicians for a contract to hire role on the Southside of Jacksonville.
No Sponsorship or 3rd parties, US Citizen or GC Holders only.
Must be local to Jacksonville.

Summary:
This is a Tier I role where you'll be on the phone resolving tickets. This person will consult on technical issues, day to day maintenance/repair/upgrade of end user computing systems.
Provides support for all users located in multiple states while maintaining excellent customer service in all problem resolution situations.
Candidates must have:

  • Experience with desktop or server operating systems, various software applications, & PC hardware.
  • Password Resets
  • Ticketing System
  • Be able to work Saturdays on a rotation
