SNI Technology has a client on the Southside of Jacksonville, FL, in need of a Help Desk Technician.

The Help Desk Technician is responsible for answering overflow of incoming emails and support calls. Analyze issues and root cause problems. Follow troubleshooting steps to correct issues and escalate tickets to Engineer Technicians as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly document issue details and troubleshooting steps
  • Troubleshoot all network related issues and escalate as needed
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
  • Must have: Great Customer Service and Communication
  • Nice to have skills: Windows 7/10, Active Directory, O365, HW/Printer, Network Support, Ticketing System Experience, VPN, Remote Support
