Help Desk Technician
3 mo Contract to Hire

SNI Technology has partnered with a rapidly growing client in the Northwest Suburbs that is looking for a reliable and hardworking Help Desk Technician to join their team on a contract to hire basis. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for supporting 250+ employees with a variety of technical issues related to desktop software, hardware, and peripherals over the phone, email and desk-side. You will maintain hardware and software, including installing new software, updating workstations, deploying and supporting mobile devices, and refreshing laptops and desktops.

Required Experience:

  • Windows 10
  • Active Directory
  • Windows servers
  • Exchange/Office 365
  • Cisco VPN
  • Troubleshooting Network connectivity issues
  • Test and clean PCs, laptops and other related hardware as needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detailed documentation skills
