Help Desk Technician in Jacksonville, FL at SNI Technology

Job Description

SNI Technology is currently recruiting for an entry-level Help Desk Technician role for a great health care client here in Jacksonville, FL!

This will be a 12 month contract to hire opportuntiy targeting around $13/hr.-$14/hr.

It will require 2 week of onsite training and then employees are eligible to work remote as long as they meet expectations.

Help Desk Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required

• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer/technical issues

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Keen attention to detail, memory of patterns, and interest in problem-solving

• Ability to pass a background screen and drug screen
