SNI Technology is currently seeking an experienced Helpdesk Technician for a major clients in the Central Florida Area.

Th ideal candididate

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Tier 1-2 Desktop Services role
  • Proven exemplary customer service experience, preferably with letters of recommendation and/or commendation
  • Experience working directly with customers, preferably providing technical software support
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment, especially with diverse technologies and user groups
  • Excellent verbal/customer service skills
  • Excellent Excel Skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Familiar working with and walking through others on use of Web applications
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Become familiar with the software applications in order to guide users through step by step solutions
  • Be able to multitask between numerous issues and problems at one time
  • Use analytical and problem solving skills that will allow you to get information in enough detail to diagnose their issue
  • Highly motivated individual.
