SNI has teamed with a valued client in North Denver on a search for a Help Desk Team Lead position. The Help Desk Team Lead will manage/lead 4 entry level Help Desk professionals. Help Desk Team Lead position will handle the Help Desk professionals image computers, set up voicemail/computers, and run a ticket system. The Help Desk Team Lead position will help organize the team and manage the flow of tickets. The Help Desk Team Lead position will help assess the team members, their processes and improve efficiencies/process improvement.
