Job Description


Our client is looking for a IT Support Specialist for a temporary contract assignment for 1-2 months. The position is fully remote.


Job Duties:

  • Triage and respond to Help Desk tickets
  • Basic Active Directory user administration
  • Support Microsoft 365 products for end users
  • Support mobile and remote support needs of staff


Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and Experience (formal degree requirements and years of relevant job experience required):1-2 years of IT help desk experience with previous exposure to Microsoft 365 products
  • Other Qualifications: Familiarity with supporting iOS, and Android support as well as Citrix would be a bonus
