SNI Technology is currently searching for six (6) Help Desk resources to support our clients upcoming data center move project in Tampa, FL starting in mid-June. This is a 3 month contract opportunity! Our client is ready to interview and onboard candidates quickly. Ideally we're looking for customer service oriented help desk professionals with 1-2 years of enterprise level experience in a Microsoft shop.
Please note that this is a 3 month project opportunity. Unfortunately there will not be an opportunity to convert. Working hours are 1st shift, Monday through Friday. Reliable transportation is required along with successfully completion of a background check and drug screen.
Rate: $16-$18/HR, depending on experience
Start Date: 06-13-2018 through 08-31-2018
Location: Tampa International Airport Area
Skills/Knowledge

  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent certifications and/or experience
  • 1-2 years of help desk support experience in a corporate level environment
  • CompTIA certifications preferred
  • Technical competencies required: Windows Server, Workstation O/S's and basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PC's
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Exposure to various Microsoft products including; Windows, Office, Server 2008 R2, SQL Server, IIS 7.5, Remote Desktop Services, Active Directory, etc.
  • Virtual/remote support experience
  • Experience working in a ticket driven environment
  • Basic understanding of trouble shooting peripherals; scanning printing, network and other common components
  • Must be strong in identifying latency sources
