Job Description


SNI Technologies is currently seeking an experienced, detail oriented Help Desk Specialist to support our staff at multiple locations. This position is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting issues with computers, printers, security systems, telephones, databases, and other computerized systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a passion for technology and a knack for problem solving.



The Help Desk Specialist will support the organization by:

  • Creating accounts and providing access for multiple systems including - Windows, Microsoft Outlook, and our animal database software.
  • Responding to IT support tickets by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving issues via phone, email and in-person.
  • Providing support with our purchasing system and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Installing PC and server hardware, software and other firmware as needed.
  • Serving as a backup for other IT Team members as needed
