SNI is seeking a Help Desk Manager in North Denver. The Help Desk Manager will manage a team of 6. The Help Desk Manager will have to hold a proven history shows that the candidate has been there and done with Help Desk Management experiences. The Help Desk Manager must be comfortable working with data and metrics. The Help Desk Manager must have a mentality that allows for process improvement after assessing company requirements and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* The Help Desk Manager is required to have a BA/BS. The ideal candidate would have a degree in Computer Science, MIS or Business Management.
* The Help Desk Manager should have a minimum of 7 years of IT experience working within a help desk environment
* The Help Desk Manager should have at least 3 years of Help Desk management experience.
* The Help Desk Manager should have experience managing teams in an ITIL environment.
* The ideal Help Desk Manager candidate would possess HDI and ITIL certifications.
* The Help Desk Manager should have high-level exposure to Problem, Incident and Change Management processes that are outlined in ITIL standards
