Level III Help Desk Analyst

SNI Technology, is working with global distributor near O'Hare as they look to grow their IT team. Our client is represented in over a dozen states and supports even more locations. With that in mind, they are looking to add a Level III Help Desk Analyst to help oversee domestic strategic projects.

To be successful in this role, the Help Desk III Analyst will:

  • Manage all escalated Help Desk tickets with expert ease and efficiency
  • Assist in installing, configuring and supporting network and server systems
  • Enforce IT policies company-wide via Group Policy, Mobile Device Management, etc


Requirements for the Help Desk III Analyst role include:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 4+ years of experience working within a small to mid-sized IT department
  • A thorough understanding of Windows environments with a basic knowledge of Hyper-V and Citrix XenApp
  • The ability to travel the US 10-20% of the time
