Level II Help Desk Analyst

SNI Technology, is working with global logistics leader near O'Hare as they look to further build their IT team by adding a Level 2 Help Desk Analyst to the organization. The Help Desk Analyst will provide basic support and troubleshooting assistance to over a dozen locations throughout the US.

To be successful in this role, the Help Desk II Analyst will:
  • Provide excellent customer service and tech support on all incoming Help Desk tickets with expert ease and efficiency
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support to users across multiple site
  • Escalate incidents and requests to tier 3 and 4 support teams


Requirements for the Help Desk III Analyst role include:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience working within a small to mid-sized IT department
  • A thorough understanding of various operating systems and software including, MS Office, Windows, 7, 8 and 10, as well as VPN and Citrix
