Project Summary
Candidates will be required to handle high speed scanners. Techs need to have a heightened customer service attitude and have a "Whatever it takes" attitude. This is not a typical IT desk job…At times our environment requires 24/7/365 availability.


Project Requirements

  • Must pass background check.
  • Must be fully committed to project.
  • Must be on time all the time, tardiness will not be tolerated.
  • Must be organized and focused on details.
  • Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Must have the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Work within strict standards and procedures.
  • Able to multitask as needed.
  • Must exhibit "Whatever it takes to get the job done" attitude and be able to work within a team environment.
  • Must be able to learn quickly and follow detailed instructions as provided.
  • Must have a can do attitude.


Technical Requirements

  • CompTIA A+ Certification or minimum 1-year experience in help desk environment.
  • Must have basic understanding of scanner technologies.
  • Must be customer support friendly.
  • Must be able to clearly communicate technical issues and provide step by step solutions.


Physical Requirements

  • Able to lift 35+ lbs. equipment throughout the day.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to work long hours.
  • Able to work consecutive days without a day off.
  • Able to work flexible schedules as project work could change.
  • Able to work weekends and holidays when required.
