Job Description
The qualified candidate will install, configure, service, repair, and maintain Information Technology (IT) systems in a stand-alone server environment, including Microsoft server, Domain Systems, and other authorized IT systems as well as hardware and software for networking devices, and servers. Other duties and responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate and resolve customer IT problems.
  • Effect required hardware upgrades and repair to maintain mission capability.
  • Install and configure wireless hubs, routers, and various transmission media, file servers and software, and ensure the proper installation and configuration of workstation hardware and software for efficient operation on the network.
  • Propose and build solutions to manage infrastructure including network, server and computer systems.
  • Complete system audits that includes all server and network systems on a schedule.
  • Maintains communications systems by installing, operating, and maintaining voice telecommunications network circuits and equipment.
  • Provide rotational after-hour, on-call support for the entire IT infrastructure


Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 years of relevant IT experience; Hotel or Hospitality experience HIGHLY preferred
  • Experience with Active Directory management, Office365, DNS, Firewalls, file servers, routers and networking
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks/projects given with minimal supervision
  • Great communication both verbal and written
  • Good customer service/work with a variety of users
  • Ability to work well under pressure
