Job Description

Position Summary:
Seeking a highly flexible individual comfortable with large amounts of information/data, and adept at managing expectations, and working well in teams.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Work with and build partnerships with various stakeholders across the organization
  • Work with Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close processes
  • Responsible for proactively manage accounting and finance vendor reconciliations
  • Be able to create new and update existing reports and tools designed to deliver operational insight to different departments
  • Recognize areas of improvement and opportunity for processes and applying initiatives designed to improve vendor performance and ensure vendor compliance
  • Be able to provide timely and precise dispute resolution that identify main issues to find a resolution and prevent them from happening
  • Understanding and explaining internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending
  • Enabling effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide forward-looking insight and decision support
  • Drive the strategy and business planning processes
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance through comparison of actuals versus expectations and enable business partners to handle their resources in the best way possible


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Supply Chain or related field.
  • 3 years of finance/accounting or business analysis experience, with experience in roles directly supporting and working with Finance and Operations managers.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS applications, with expertise in Excel and data analysis
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting concepts and the ability to draw upon knowledge to produce accurate reports.
  • Strong understand of operations and supply chain management
  • Ability to create and execute new processes, as well as improve inefficient processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with ability to analyze information timely and accurately.
  • Ability to multi-task and deal with changing priorities.
  • Strong multifunctional team and communication skills.
  • Business- and results-oriented, decision-maker, self-starter, evaluation and planning capabilities.
