Job Description

A small family like managed service provider is looking for a high energy, great customer service, Tier III Helpdesk Team Lead with strong and broad technical knowledge and experience.
Position Overview
We are looking for a high energy, great customer service, with technical knowledge, Tier II Field Services Technician. This individual will be responsible for assisting all of our client's on-site support needs that may include: Peripheral Support, Desktop/Server Support, Network Troubleshooting and other issues that may arise. Our Field Services Technicians will use our ticketing system and tools to effectively help out our clients. Pay is based on experience in the Managed Services area.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Conducting of audits to ensure adherence to best practices
  • Infrastructure remediation as necessary
  • Installation, configuration and testing or workstations, servers and peripherals
  • Creation and maintenance of client documentation
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues with infrastructure components

Skills, knowledge and experience

  • Prefer a minimum of CompTIA A+ CompTIA Net+ or Security+ also a plus; Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician desirable
  • Previous experience in a Managed IT Services environment
  • Prefer Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office knowledge and troubleshooting
