Job Description



SNI is seeking an IT Support Technician for a valued client in Denver. The IT Support Technician should have a take initiative personality who emphasizes multi-tasking and has an understanding of how to keep track of inventory for new hires. The IT Support Technician will support 150 end-users locally and another 50-85 people remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
* The IT Support Technician should have strong Microsoft product knowledge.
* The IT Support Technician will handle the deployment and configuration of all new equipment such as laptops, iPhones and iPads.
* The IT Support Technician will be responsible for handling all service desk items on the ticketing system.
* The IT Support Technician will handle 5-10 tickets per day.
* The IT Support Technician should have strong Active Directory, Exchange and Shoretel experience.
* The IT Support Technician will handle the addition and removal of company computers.
* The IT Support Technician will be responsible for all troubleshooting for Level II issues surrounding the phones, computers and printers in the office.
