  • Able to work with minimal supervision and self-manage day to day client support requirements including call and problem management
  • Driven to deliver world class support and services as transparently as possible
  • Understand and develop process and documentation for IT procedures.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Identify and resolve complex often intermittent system failures
  • Strong security awareness and understanding of network and systems security best practices
  • Advanced hardware and software trouble shooting skills and ability to support all aspects of IT client services and client support requirements including all client devices and connectivity requirements.
  • Ability to bring well-defined and documented issues to IT teams and work to resolve issues with those teams collaboratively and cross functionally to resolve issues beyond the Client Support scope of work.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions to business requirements and develop build and deployment standards.
  • Intermediate project management skills
  • Implement and support IOT devices and environments
  • Investigation and documentation of new devices or software to ensure compatibility and define security requirements
  • The systems would be both local to the technician and remote.Future changes in the Corporate systems environment could result in additional or changed responsibilities for this individual.
