SNI has teamed with a great client in North Denver to find a talented Desktop Support professional. The Desktop Support professional will be the main point of contact for all internal employees and will have a primary focus of providing elite customer service for more than 4,000 international employees.
* The Desktop Support professional will have a variety of responsibilities, but the the forefront will always be end-user experience and ensuring a positive resolution is reached.
* The Desktop Support professional will track incident tickets and other employee requests from start to finish and make sure that the tickets are logged and escalated when necessary.
* The Desktop Support professional will plan and organize days to ensure that tickets are properly prioritized.
* The Desktop Support professional should have strong written and verbal communication skills.
* The Desktop Support professional should be able to handle desktop hardware and software issues within mobile devices as well as peripherals.
* The Desktop Support professional will make certain that all Anti-Virus is up-to-date and that all incidents are properly recorded and documented.
