SNI has teamed with a valued client in Denver to search for a Desktop Support professional. The Desktop Support professional will be responsible for teaming with current employees in an attempt to solve IT issues. The Desktop Support professional will handle hardware issues, software questions, user access issues and work with administrative tasks.
Key Requirements:
* The Desktop Support professional should have a high level of Microsoft Operating Systems experience.
* The Desktop Support professional should bring a working knowledge of VMWare, Active Directory, Exchange and Group Policy.
* The Desktop Support professional should have the ability to work independently and to demonstrate a high level of organizational skills.
* The Desktop Support professional should have a minimum of 1 year of experience.
* The Desktop Support professional should have strong customer service skills.
