Job Description


Our client is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst for an exciting contract opportunity. The Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst will be working in a Windows environment.

DUTIES:

  • Perform support via phone and Desk side Support duties .
  • Daily help desk operations including, but not limited to, telephone support, diagnosing problems, and completing regularly scheduled activities.
  • Monitor Help Desk email account and direct workflow accordingly.
  • Document all problems or program malfunctions in Help Desk system and notifies Help Desk personnel.
  • Install new equipment, replace existing equipment and move equipment when necessary throughout the property.
  • Provide user support for all computer systems used
  • Maintain equipment throughout clean or replace when needed.
  • Possess general knowledge of hardware and software platforms.
  • Perform all other job-related tasks as assigned.



REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of overall Desktop Support experience
  • Must have 2+ years of Windows
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with Networks
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Certification and/or Degree is a plus
