We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our clients team on an contract to hire basis. The Technical Support Analyst will resolve computer-related issues for clients. The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for root cause analysis troubleshooting and finding long term resolutions for technical issues related to installation and configuration of computer hardware and software.


  • Active Directory - add/remove users
  • Office 365 - add/remove users
  • Windows domain environment - strong troubleshooting and resolution skills
  • Cisco Meraki VPN would be nice to have
