Job Description

SNI Companies is looking for a Contracts Administrator for a contract to hire opportunity in South FL

  • Review contracts for new projects that come in from the sales staff
  • Make customer/subcontractor follow up calls throughout the production process
  • Prep permit paperwork
  • Prep material and work orders for new jobs and send off for scheduling
  • Updates files in system regularly
  • Maintain contract filing system
  • Notify customers of job schedule
  • Make follow up calls for permits/subcontractors
  • Create some supplemental estimates when required
  • Notify accounting department when projects are ready for final customer billing
  • Exp. with Outlook/Excel
  • M-F 8:30a-5p
