Job Description

Our clients are always looking for IT Desktop Support Specialists to join their team. For our clients you are pivotal in leading IT helpdesk support specialists in providing premium support for voice/data network systems and managing the helpdesk queue.

** We are currently looking for those available to jump on a contract or contract-to-hire help desk position.

Basic Job Responsibilities -

  • Deploying new laptops and workstations
  • Server administration and maintenance
  • Providing internal technical support
  • Configuring/troubleshooting email clients (both desktop and mobile)
  • Assist in the administration of systems and servers to ensure availability of services to authorized users
  • Consult with senior IT management and business unit on regular basis to ensure the technology needs are met
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support as needed, including nights or weekend work as required

Qualifications -

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Mac OS X and Windows
  • Knowledge of network performance, hardware and software required
  • Ease of troubleshooting issues with applications and computers face to face with users
