Job Description

Our client is looking for a highly organized Chief Technologist for Cyber and industrial Control for a direct hire opportunity. The Chief Technologist for Cyber and industrial Control will join our client's multi-disciplinary Engineering team in developing leading data-management and Operational Technology (OT) networking solutions. Industry focus includes both government and commercial applications. Our client provides a dynamic environment where you can apply your skills on a diversity of technical challenges. The Chief Technologist for Cyber and industrial Control Systems is responsible for providing technical direction and oversight for research and development of our client's Cyber and ICS technologies. The Chief Technologist for Cyber and industrial Control works with Executive Management to grow our client's technical resources and identify strategic business opportunities. Using an active and practical approach, the Chief Technologist for Cyber and industrial Control will communicate with research institutions and customers developing our client's Cyber and ICS technology roadmap.

DUTIES:

  • Directs our client's Cyber and ICS vision and product roadmap
  • Provides technical direction and oversight for research and development of our client's Cyber and ICS technologies
  • Works in a consultative fashion with internal teams, such as Business Development, Engineering and Production in a fashion that supports our client's culture, mission and values
  • Works closely with the Cyber Architect to create innovative solutions meeting customer needs
  • Develops and delivers whitepapers, proposals, and research-based projects/products for leading edge Cyber and ICS technologies
  • CTCSS acts as a good steward of our client's resources and ensures adherence to budgets and project timelines

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years' experience in the Cyber and OT industry
  • Experience architecting and designing Cyber Secure OT Systems
  • Experience working with executive management team collaborating strategy and vision
  • Experience with ICS and related protocols
  • Familiarity with ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance) for aerospace
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, ability to adapt to different target audiences
  • Experience with military and government sectors
  • CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications
  • Active US DoD Security Clearance (Secret Clearance preferred)
