Job Description


The Business Intake Coordinator will open new matters and assist in the efficient operation of the Department.


  • Review memos for accuracy.
  • Follow up on incomplete or inaccurate new matter memos.
  • Analyze engagement letters, scope letters, and waivers.
  • Open new matters, assign billing numbers, and tie in all necessary parties.
  • Assist with keeping all shared documents accurate and current


  • 2+ years legal experience, preferably with large law firm Business Intake.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively and under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
