Job Description


SNI Companies is looking for a strong bookkeeper for a contract to hire opportunity in FTL.


Skills:

  • Quickbooks Enterprise - able to troubleshoot and administration.
  • Working with QB WebConnector a plus
  • Excel - accounting formulas and spreadsheets not required but a plus
  • CRM - Zoho, Salesforce or any similar customer relations software
  • A/R, A/P, G/L, Payroll as well as various reports and statements.
  • Bank Reconciliations & financial analysis
  • Able to produce financial statements on a monthly basis and year-end reporting
  • File tax returns - work with accountant for tax filings
  • Profit and loss account analysis
  • Must have experience managing multiple companies


As Bookkeeper you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multitask
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self starter with minimal supervision needed
  • Trustworthy and reliable
