Job Title: Bilingual Technical Helpdesk Support Associate
Work Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: Long-term contract
Hours: Would like candidates who are available from 6AM to 6PM.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone and electronically
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Research questions using available information resources
  • Advise user on appropriate action
  • Follow standard help desk procedures
  • Log all help desk interactions
  • Redirect problems to correct resource
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
Skills & Qualifications:
  • **Spanish speaking is a requirement**
  • Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment specifically mobile applications on Android and iOS.
  • Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
  • Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support
  • Thorough understanding of mobile applications and their operating systems (iOS and Android)
