SNI is excited to team with a company in the Denver Metro area on a search for an Application Support Engineer. The Application Support Engineer will be utilizing his technical knowledge and communication skills to ensure that all technical issues are resolved and that top flight customer service is offered. The Application Support Engineer must be able to think on their feet and have strong troubleshooting skills.
Key Qualifications:
* The Application Support Engineer must have prior overnight working experience.
* The Application Support Engineer should be able to effectively communicate in a written format.
* The Application Support Engineer must be able to identify the cause of issues within custom applications.
* The Application Support Engineer should be able to work independently and feel comfortable handling confidential information.
* The Application Support Engineer should have experience with SQL and NoSQL Databases.
* The Application Support Engineer must have proficiency working with difficult networking software systems.
* The Application Support Engineer must be detail oriented and comfortable in a highly documented environment.
