Applications/Systems Support Analyst
9-12 months (possible hire)

Job Summary
A rapidly growing client of ours is looking for an Applications/Systems Support Analyst to join their team. The Applications/Systems Support Analyst will be responsible for entering, managing, and updating IT support tickets related to internal Applications and their CRM/ERP platform. You will take ownership of tickets, document all issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve the issues.

Required Skills

  • Understand the concepts behind client-server architectures
  • SQL databases - SQL Server, MS Access, mySQL
  • Running simple SQL queries
  • CRM/ERP Support experience - Microsoft CRM or Dynamics SL (Solomon) experience would be nice
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Excel , Office Suite and Office 365
  • Ability to clearly relay technical data to non-technical individuals
