A rapidly growing client of ours in the Western Suburbs is looking to bring on multiple Application Support Analyst's on a contract to hire basis. As an Application Support Analyst, you will provide written and verbal system support for suite of 3rd party software and applications, including, but not limited to, analyzing system defects, identify root cause, and communicate required fixes to internal development teams and project managers. You will be prioritizing system defects and enhancements based on severity and overall impact to existing business processes.

The Application Support Analyst will be interacting with cross functional teams, end users, senior management and stakeholders to understand a clearly document requirements on a daily basis so a high level of professionalism and communication is required.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
  • SQL queries
  • User Acceptance Testing
  • Understanding of relationships between databases and applications
  • Experience with 3rd party software and applications
