Our client is looking for a Cyber Security Software Architect for an exciting direct hire opportunity. Our client is a small, fast paced, growing aerospace company looking for new teammates. Our client is looking for a highly organized Cyber Security Software Architect to join our multi-disciplinary Cybersecurity and Machine Learning engineering team in developing leading data management solution products for aerospace applications. Our client provides a dynamic environment where you can apply your skills on a diversity of technical challenges. Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, the Cyber Security Software Architect oversees the implementation of Operational Technology (OT network Cyber Security applications and products. The Cyber Security Software Architect is responsible for software architecture and design assisting the development team through the product life cycle. Industry wide experience required to help customers architect their OT environments assuring Cyber Security threats are mitigated. Assist pre-sales activities as the Subject Matter Expert on Cyber Security. Within this role, the successful individual will assist in developing strategic objectives for the business identifying cyber security features and road maps.


  • Architect and design complex Cyber Security Software applications
  • Ability to work with the HW team defining appropriate platforms assuring SW performance and reliability
  • Ability to implement code or scripts as required
  • Work with Software Manager providing development objectives and mentoring for the Software engineering team
  • Assess customer's OT network identifying cyber security vulnerabilities
  • Pre-sales support, demo's, pre-site evaluations
  • Ability to communicate externally and internally across the organization


  • 10+ years of related experience in OT Cyber Security industry
  • CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications
  • Experience in C++, Java, Python, Linux (Redhat)
  • Knowledge of Industrial Control Systems(ICS) and protocols
  • Experience with Software IDE's (e.g. Visual Studio), code repositories, and test tools
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar degree (Masters a plus)
  • Experience with military and government sectors
  • Active US DoD Security Clearance (Secret Clearance preferred)
