Administrative Assistant

Primary/Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Provide high level administrative support for the Real Estate Team
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities
  • Assist with creating and managing marketing materials, reports and preparing presentation materials for investors and meetings
  • Manage investor contact database and correspondence
  • Manage acquisition deal flow documentation
  • Maintain property insurance details
  • Prepare/review expense reports
  • Assist with Press Releases
  • Responsible for basic bookkeeping
  • Manage the Team's mail


  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Must be proficient with loan documents
  • Basic experience with QuickBooks
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent judgment and discretion

Hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm
