Job Summary

  • Accounts payable / Accounts receivable
  • Entering invoices into the system and send them to customers
  • Scan and file documents
  • Review and analyze aging to make collections of all due invoices
  • Examine short payments and solve any issues involved to get paid
  • Analytical skills to evaluate, prioritize, and categorize data in various forms and formats.
  • Perform calculations and analysis used in basic accounting.
  • Knowledge of GAAP general accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Basic Customer Service skills required

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3+ yrs. of Experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced work environment
  • Leadership
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency with excel.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organization skills, flexibility, attention to detail, and a team player attitude.
