Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading due diligence processes, conducting financial reviews, and identifying potential acquisition opportunities through lead sourcing. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset and the ability to assess business opportunities that align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage due diligence processes for potential acquisitions
• Identify and evaluate targets through lead sourcing and market research
• Perform in-depth financial reviews and valuation analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic recommendations
• Provide insights and support on deal structuring and negotiation

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple deals and stakeholders simultaneously
