SNI Companies is seeking professional individuals for a Business-Transactional Attorney Role.
This is a full time opportunity and will be an hybrid role with an well established legal firm in Baltimore, Maryland.
Starting salary between $185k-$210k to start (negotiable and based on experience) + bonus and profit sharing.
Work Schedule:
Monday- Friday during normal business hours

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- Experience handling a wide array of business transactions, with an understanding of corporate and partnership structures. An understanding of corporate/partnership governance and corporate/partnership tax preferred.
- Must be a quality legal drafter with analytical and research skills. Heavy client interaction is a plus.
- Responsiveness is extremely important. Must also possess strong multi-tasking and organization skills, and be willing to work at the firm’s office on a regular, weekly basis, alone or on a team.
- Our office thrives on in-person interaction. It can oftentimes be a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
