Healthcare Network Provider

SNI Technology is seeking to hire talented Commercial, Medical, Network Provider Contract Negotiators for an exciting contract position. This position is a remote opportunity No C2C or sponsorship.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced commercial, medical, provider contract negotiator, with an extensive background in provider contracting, provider quality standards and evidence-based medicine, network management, managed care, payer operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Managed care experience including provider contracting strategies for different types of healthcare providers such as health systems, facilities, physicians, and ancillary providers that has also been oriented around elements such as cost and quality of care, utilization management programs, payment integrity functions, and healthcare costing analysis
• Deep experience needed in the provider network arena

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  

Desired Experience:

• 3-5+ years of healthcare experience with a payer, health plan, health system, and/ or provider
• 3-5+ years of experience working with external clients and directly with providers
  
• Bachelor’s degree in health administration, public health, finance, law, or related healthcare field preferred
  
• Commercial provider network contracting resources familiar with Columbus Ohio, Pheonix Arizona, and Northern Colorado
  

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The compensation for this position is targeting an hourly rate around $35/hr.-$40/hr
