Job Title: IT Helpdesk Technician

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled IT Helpdesk Technician to provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with Office 365, SolarWinds, Active Directory, and VMware, along with a CompTIA A+ certification. Strong communication skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, or in person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365, Active Directory, and VMware.
  • Monitor network and system performance using SolarWinds.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and end-users to ensure timely resolution of IT concerns.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Office 365, SolarWinds, Active Directory, and VMware.
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
