Pay Rate: $31.25 to $36.00 per hour
General Purpose
The person in this role maintains, monitors, and supports IT infrastructure to include network, server, cloud, security
Primarily provides 3rd level technical and troubleshooting assistance to customer inquiries, in a manner that builds customer trust and confidence.

Job Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
- Strong working knowledge & troubleshooting experience in all areas listed in Experience section
- Knowledge of how an IT ticketing environment operates
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving & technical troubleshooting skills
Education or Formal Training
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of related education and experience (required)
- Server+ and Network+ certifications or equivalent combination of related training and experience
- CCNA certification is an advantage
- Security+, and Cloud+ certifications are an advantage
- JSS/JAMF Pro certifications are an advantage
- Other relevant certifications are an advantage
- Minimum of 6 years IT experience (required)
- 4+ years of Tier 2 or Tier 3 IT experience in network, server, cloud, security (required)
- 4 years experience working with:
- Microsoft & Apple operating systems
- Microsoft 365 cloud services
- WAN technologies
- Active Directory & group policy
- VM Ware or Hyper V environments
- Other information technologies
- 2 years experience working with:
- Camera system infrastructure
- VoIP and PBX systems
- Mobile device management with JAMF, Addigy or Intune
- G-Suite Administrative Console
- Other client business specific technology
