Computer Support Analyst

SNI Technology’s top client is seeking to hire a talented IT Support Analyst! This role is a full-time/direct hire opportunity with great benefits offered and is onsite during normal business hours Monday- Friday in Daytona Beach, FL. 

This position is not open to C2C or non-US permanent residents.

TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES

• 2 minimum years of IT Support experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field preferred
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+ or similar preferred
• Proficient troubleshooting Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365 Support
• Experience with ticketing management system
• Software installation, configuration, and hardware troubleshooting
• Experience managing and supporting iPhone & Android mobile technologies
• Ability to troubleshoot basic networking problems

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The compensation for this position is in the range of $50k-$70k annually
