Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Represent client interests within the company, ensuring their needs and feedback are communicated to relevant departments.
- Onboarding and Training, and Issue Resolution: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and can effectively use the company’s products or services. Address and resolve client issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams to provide solutions.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Track and analyze client performance metrics as they use client solutions to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Implement strategies to enhance client retention and reduce churn rates.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on client success metrics and feedback to senior management.
- Sales Product Ambassadorship and Client Relations: Promote the company’s products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and features. Foster strong client relations by regularly engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's client base and driving revenue growth.
- Digital Experience (DEX): Enhance the digital experience for clients by leveraging digital tools and platforms to improve client interactions, streamline processes, and provide a seamless user experience.
- This includes:
- Implementing and optimizing digital solutions to meet client needs.
- Analyzing client feedback and digital engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with product teams to develop and deploy digital enhancements.
- Educating clients on digital tools and best practices to maximize their experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client success, account management, Sales or a related role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Use of spreadsheets and other tools for data organization and analysis.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and other relevant tools
- Sales and product promotion skills, with demonstrated experience in promoting IT products and solutions to internal teams
- Digital experience (DEX) skills, including familiarity with digital tools and platforms
- Knowledge of customer success best practices and methodologies
- Proven track record of maintaining high client satisfaction and retention rates
- Experience in the industry relevant to the company’s operations
- Defensive cybersecurity knowledge and experience
