SNI Technology is hiring a Client Success Manager to join our client who is a growing healthcare services organization specializing in revenue cycle and practice management solutions.
About the Role:
This role will act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring strong communication, performance delivery, and client satisfaction. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders—ranging from physicians to administrators—to resolve issues, analyze account data, and drive continuous improvement across client engagements.

SNI Technology is hiring a Client Success Manager to join our client who is a growing healthcare services organization specializing in revenue cycle and practice management solutions.
About the Role:
This role will act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring strong communication, performance delivery, and client satisfaction. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders—ranging from physicians to administrators—to resolve issues, analyze account data, and drive continuous improvement across client engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead liaison for client relationships, providing strategic oversight and support
- Conduct regular client meetings to review KPIs and service satisfaction
- Analyze performance data and recommend process improvements
- Facilitate internal and external communications, ensuring timely resolution of client concerns
- Prepare performance reports and maintain account documentation
- Collaborate with business support teams (finance, HR, compliance) where practice administration is provided
- Support new client onboarding and implementation
- Manage or assist in client payer contract renewals and negotiations
- Monitor client compliance and quality training programs
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Healthcare Admin, or related field)
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations or revenue cycle management
- Familiarity with medical billing and healthcare terminology
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and present data effectively
- Proven problem-solving skills and leadership capabilities
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, remote-first environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and RCM or workflow management tools
- Salary Range: $80,000–$90,000/year (negotiable and based on background/experience)
- Bonus: Up to 10% annual performance bonus
