Staff Associate (Program Coordinator)

SNI Technology’s client located in Greeley, CO is immediately seeking to hire a Staff Associate for an exciting, 6-month contract opportunity. This position is expected to be 20-30 hours per week onsite paying $21.24 hourly during the contract duration of the assignment.

Staff Associate – TRIO Program

We are seeking to hire a talented Staff Associate for the TRIO Program to help provide support and assistance to staff advisors, programming, and administrative duties within the department.  

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist Staff Advisors:
  • Intake and process applications
  • Update advisors’ spreadsheets and rosters
  • Link documents in SA
  • Maintain trio.sss email
• Programming:
  • Input events in suitable format
  • Use EMS to create room reservations for workshops
  • Update program calendar
  • Assist with events the-day-of
  • Ensure the TRIO Lounge is cleaned and supplies are stocked
  • Create Event flyers
  • Organize tabling and classroom presentations
  • Ordering food for events and workshops
  • Manage RSVPs to events and workshops
• Administrative:
  • Oversee TRIO space
  • Assist with social media accounts
  • Front desk coverage
  • Assist with newsletter
  • Keep record of staff meeting minutes

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Associates degree in related field, plus three (3) years of related experience OR
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, plus one (1) year of relevant experience OR
• Five (5) years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Computer Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Proficiency in social media (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in program management/coordination such as managing multiple projects, clients, or courses.

Pay Rate
The pay rate for this position is $21.24 per hour during the contractual period of the assignment.
