Full-Time
SNI Technology is looking for an Automation Manufacturing Engineer to boost production efficiency and spearhead new product launches. This position emphasizes Lean methodologies, process enhancements, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and enforce production standards focusing on safety, quality, and cost.
- Engage in daily production meetings to address and resolve issues.
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures.
- Create and monitor production metrics, such as OEE.
- Oversee process development and improvement projects.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align projects with business objectives.
- Manage Kanban setups, workstation designs, and material flows.
- Collaborate with technical experts for process and quality enhancements.
- Support growth and reduce lead times.
- Maintain Bills-of-Materials and manage product updates.
- Implement 5S workstation designs and process improvements.
- Investigate and address quality issues.
- Lead QMS activities and root cause analysis.
- Assist with SAP S4 ERP implementation.
- Lead automation projects for CNC machining and robot welding.
- Troubleshoot issues with CNC machines and robot welding equipment.
- Mentor CNC and robot welding operators and technicians.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, or Lean Certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Expertise in lean manufacturing and Quality Management Systems.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with robot welding and CNC programming is preferred.
