SNI Companies is seeking energetic and competitive individuals for a Customer Support Role
This is a 6-month contract to hire opportunity and will be an onsite role with an asset-based logistics company in Groveland, FL.
Starting salary between $40k-$50k to start (negotiable and based on experience).
Work Schedule:
Monday- Friday during normal business hours
The Customer Service Specialist works directly with the Account Managers to support the needs of our customers on a daily basis.
Responsibilities / Duties:
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma required, 2 year degree preferred
Experience: Previous customer service and office experience required
Skills / Abilities: Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills: verbal & written
Ability to be an effective team member
ICC AS400 experience preferred; Microsoft Office experience a plus

Responsibilities / Duties:
- Works as a team with assigned Account Manager to support the day to day order management for assigned customers.
- This includes but is not limited to tender acceptance, order entry, appointment scheduling (re-scheduling), load tracking, communication with customers, EDI status update processing, detention monitoring, accessorial processing and payment issue resolution.
- Interact with Planners and Fleet Managers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries and communicate any potential issues to customers
- Interact with other departments as needed to support customer activities
